The vision is to create a win-win scenario for both drivers and customers. To foster collaboration, there are plans to establish an open collective that includes representatives from both the community and drivers to oversee pricing and policy decisions.

The core innovation behind COMING BRO is focused on significantly lowering the costs associated with essential components such as maps, cloud services, operations, and marketing. This shift allows the platform to transition from a high commission-based model to a nominal subscription fee for drivers, like to a mobile recharge. Currently, the platform is free for users

COMING BRO boasts extensive coverage of drivers throughout the city, with driver availability data by location openly accessible as part of our open-data initiative on the COMING BRO website. We anticipate that as awareness increases, both the coverage and density of drivers will further improve.

Cancellations can occur from both customers and drivers. According to mobility experts, driver cancellation rates are among the lowest in COMING BRO. While it’s impossible to completely eliminate genuine cancellations, we aim to minimize them by enhancing the product through improvements in UI/UX, matching algorithms, and in-app chat features. Additionally, we plan to implement a self-regulated trust score system for both customers and drivers, which will factor in cancellation rates.
